Simeon Taylor is an enthusiastic performing artist from Jackson, Mississippi. He is the youngest of 10 siblings, so inevitably he was always around music, singing, dancing, and the best “artistic chaos”. Simeon is newer to the theatre world, and most of his performing experience comes from singing in church, on competition shows and social media, and as an independent music artist. His recent stage credits include The Shrieks: None Shall Mourn (Cedar Point), Jukebox Giants: Motown & More (The Strand Theatre), 9 To 5 (Metropolis Performing Arts Centre), Elf The Musical (New Stage Theatre), Dr. Fright’s Dead Man’s Party (Six Flags Over Georgia), Best of Broadway: Big City Dreams (The Strand Theatre), Is God Is (New Stage Theatre), and an upcoming appearance as Barry Belson in Jersey Boys (San Pedro Playhouse). He also competed on the fourth season of American Idol on ABC. Simeon is beyond excited to be making his Mill Mountain debut in Annie, and he is always thrilled for opportunities to share his gifts and love for the arts!
