Izzy Council is the tech apprentice for the Mill Mountain Theatre 2026 season. She graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in May with a Bachelor's in History and Dramatic Art. She is incredibly thrilled to be a part of this team as run/fly crew and to work on such a great show. She previously worked on Charlie and the Chocolate Factory with MMT. Other credits include Props Intern for Purpose on Broadway, Light Designer at Carolina Performing Arts Jr., and Assistant Light Designer at Burning Coal Theatre Company and Cape Fear Regional Theatre. She would like to thank the shop techs for their mentorship, the apprentices for providing a home away from home, and her family and friends for their continued support.
