Roxy Savage (also known as Roxanne Faber Savage) b. Boston, Massachusetts: lives and works in Coastal Connecticut and New York City.
Roxy is an interdisciplinary artist focusing on female identity and domestic life. Using experimental methods, photography, digital AI, gelatin, and household objects, she investigates female stereotypes and promotes female empowerment. Savage’s artworks include installation, digital sculpture, printmaking, photography, and time-based media. Teaching and Minking (making + thinking) are essential to her alchemic processes. She is an award-winning artist whose works are collected in private and corporate collections in the US and abroad.
