Josephine Maisonet

The artist Josephine Maisonet began her art career in 2003. Her journey was a journey of discovery, experimentation and innovation. Over the ensuing years she didn't limit herself to one medium but experimented with the various mediums and challenges facing an artist. Fascinated by the extremes and subtleties of color she experimented with oil, watercolor, digital, pastels and charcoal. She sees the world in an array of color, shapes, interweaving of them all into a kaleidoscope of possibilities.

Over the years her art has matured into an expression of someone who has spent nearly twenty years in discovery of her artistic possibilities. Whether it is oil paintings, digital art or drawings Josephine's art reflects her sense of poetic romanticism.
