CEO Asia Pacific at TAIT

Kevin is the CEO Asia Pacific at TAIT. Kevin started his career at TAIT by joining Stage Technologies (acquired by TAIT in 2013) in 1994 as the Director of Electrical Engineering. At this time, he focused his efforts on designing, programming and developing a modular control system, Maxis ID. Kevin created the software for the system, built a pathway system used for 3D performer flying and implemented programmable safety systems. As the company grew globally, Kevin saw the opportunity to establish a US office located in Las Vegas, NV where he became the CEO and Company Secretary. In this role, Kevin was responsible for overseeing business development, marketing and administration efforts for the US region, as well as, further development of the next generation of control systems.After TAIT acquired Stage Technologies in 2013, Kevin became Senior Vice President and Global Head of Automation where he continued to manage and develop the process and vision for all global automation equipment. With Kevin’s many areas of expertise, he continues to be involved in business development and account management but is also very involved in growing and maintaining the R+D department. This includes implementing new safety standards, quality procedures and arranging business and licensing in new states and regions around the world.In 2016, TAIT’s brand extended into the Asian market with the opening of the Disney’s Shanghai Theme Park. With that, Kevin began to focus on international clients across the globe, notably Disney, Universal Studios and various casino operators. As TAIT’s pipeline in Asia increased, in 2019 Kevin relocated to Hong Kong to align business strategy in the region while still being the main account manager for his international clients. Under Kevin’s guidance, TAIT can offer turn-key installations, Support, Maintenance and supply of equipment to the entertainment industry across the region with staff located locally to provide immediate support.
